Privacy notice

Last updated: 14 October 2026

This notice explains how Olukazzy Enterprise uses the personal information you give us through the contact form and the referral form on this website, and the rights you have under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

Olukazzy Enterprise is the data controller for information sent through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice:

What information we collect

Contact form

Your name, email address and/or phone number, the subject you choose and your message.

Referral form

Depending on what you choose to tell us:

  • details of the person making the referral (name, organisation, role, contact details and relationship to the person);
  • details of the person being referred (name, date of birth, gender, contact details, where they are staying, National Insurance number, preferred language, and immigration status if relevant);
  • their current circumstances, support needs and goals;
  • information about risk and safeguarding;
  • information about physical and mental health, medication, treatment and accessibility needs.

Some of this is special category data (for example health information), and some may be information about offending. We only ask for what we need to assess whether we can offer suitable accommodation and support, and most questions are optional.

How we use it and our lawful basis

PurposeLawful basis
Replying to enquiries sent through the contact form Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to people who contact us. You also agree to this when you tick the box on the form.
Assessing a referral and arranging accommodation and support Consent (Article 6(1)(a)), given through the declarations on the referral form, and our legitimate interests in assessing and arranging support safely.
Using health and other special category information in a referral Explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)). Where someone cannot consent and there is a risk to their safety, we may rely on the safeguarding conditions in the Data Protection Act 2018.
Sharing information with relevant partners and agencies to coordinate support Consent given in the referral declaration, or where the law requires or allows it, for example to protect someone from harm.

We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

How your information reaches us

When you submit a form, your answers are sent over an encrypted connection to our email inbox, which is provided by Google Workspace. A form delivery service passes your submission to our inbox. This may be Google Apps Script, part of Google Workspace, or a service called FormSubmit. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

The pages of this website load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when you visit.

Who sees your information

Form submissions are seen only by the Olukazzy Enterprise team. With consent, or where the law requires or allows it, we may share relevant referral information with partners such as local authorities, housing providers, NHS and health services, substance misuse and mental health services, to coordinate support.

How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after we last reply, unless the enquiry becomes a referral.
  • Referrals that do not go ahead: up to 12 months after we make a decision.
  • People we go on to support: as part of their resident record, for as long as the law requires after support ends.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it;
  • ask for your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

To use any of these rights, email admin@olukazzy-enterprise.org.uk. We will reply within one month.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. While you fill in the referral form, your answers are saved in your browser's session storage so they are not lost if the page reloads. This stays on your device, is deleted when you close the browser tab, and is cleared as soon as your referral is sent. You can also clear it with the "start again" option on the form.

Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO):
